A bit too much drag, in my opinion. The ends that go into the holder don't really need to provide drag. The arm limits rotation well enough.Actually, all I was looking for was a roll holder to make up for the flimsy toilet paper roll centers used today. Manufacturers have cost-saved to the point that the paper roll tubes aren't much stronger than the toilet paper. Remember when they were fairly hard cardboard and the paper rolled off evenly?
