This toilet paper holder is very sturdily made and looks great my only issue is that the holes that the rod goes into are a very tight fit and if you don't watch it, you will pinch your fingers (repeatedly!). That's more of a user error type issue anyway and it looks great in the bathroom.

This toilet paper holder is stylish and functional. We've had it for a few years now and it works beautifully. My only small complaint is that the finish will scratch if you aren't careful when replacing the rod into the socket. That said, my rough and tumble 7 year old often changes the toilet paper and our holder still looks great.

The template for installation has the two ends close enough together that the tight spring makes it a bit difficult to load paper onto the holder. My recommendation would be to put the two ends a bit further apart (maybe an inch) -the tube that came in my kit was plenty long to accommodate that spacing.
