iTouchless 16oz Automatic Sensor Soap Dispenser with Removable 3D Container

I was tired of cooking and having to then touch the top of a soap pump with raw chicken etc with my hands. My husband and I looked at alot of soap pumps and all saw a problem, hard to fill up and clean.

I saw this on Amazon and then went to the companies website to get more info. It just seemed like such a good idea! We filled it was Dawn dish soap and BINGO, worked like a charm! You can adjust the amount of soap that comes out and we had no idea how much we were over using the soap! Now when I need a little on my hands or dish sponge the right amount comes out.

We loved it so much I got another for the bathroom downstairs and will eventually get one upstairs in the bathroom. I guess when you think of all the people that push on a bathroom soap pump its pretty gross!

I would have given 5 stars but for the battery compartment being on the bottom. I worry that water will pool around or splash on it enough that it will effect it plus the tiny screws take a steady hand to remove and put back in. It would have been easier with a flip open bottom.

I have the one in the kitchen on an over the sink shelf but the bathroom one was getting splashed with water so I put it on a container so it was up off the counter. Not that attractive or sturdy having it sit on something but I can't think of anything else to do.

So far so good. It is by far the easiest one to fill and clean plus you can put different thickness of soap in them and they still work! Something I saw as drawbacks by reviews on other pumps.

First one worked for about 5 days. Then, it blinked, still does, but does not deliver soap. Called the company as indicated on their instructions. They said, take out the batteries for 2 hours and try again. Same thing. They sent me a another one...quickly. This one can't remove the screws that hold the battery cover. Way too tight. They do give you a cheap screw driver but it simply stripped the head of the screws. I will call them but why bother.

I bought this as a gift for a household member. It seemed to get harder and harder to get the soap to come out over a couple of months. Other than that it did okay until the batteries needed changing after about 5 months. Even with new batteries, it doesn't work anymore. Apparently it just died after less than 6 months of use. I think that it was absolutely not worth the money. I didn't hear back yet from the seller either. This is a definite NO BUY in my opinion.

After the hassle and added expense to send the dispenser back, it was quickly replaced and has worked again for about 2 months now so far. So basically I like this item when it works and overall the company handled the return well once they got back to me and referred me to the manufacturer. It was a hassle to exchange emails, package and send item back with a check for about $10 as well as the added expense of mailing it back. If you're prepared to risk having to pay another 1/2 of the original price again, you will end up with a pretty neat soap dispenser, but still not necessarily worth the money and hassle.

This is a nice dispenser because it is a large, 16-oz size. However, it dispenses the soap too easily and we're getting soap when we don't want it; even when we're trying to turn it off. Tried sneaking up on it from the side bottom to turn it off, but it still dispenses soap when not wanted. I wouldn't buy another one. Anyone have any suggestions?

Really like this dispenser. Had a different one and it just stopped working after one week. This one is still going strong. I like that I don't have touch anything and get the amount of soap I need to wash my hands.
