I was very pleased with the overall construction of this towel rack. One word of caution, however. Don't over tighten the screws which attach the item to the wall or you will break through the wood. The company that made the rack drilled the pilot hole deeper than I would have leaving only about an eighth of an inch of wood on the shallow or wall side. It's strong enough to hold towels once it's mounted but tighten the screws only enough for them to be snug.
