It's attractive, so easy to load, delivers paper well. But the single mounting point is the weakness you'd anticipate. I mounted through gypsum into concrete block. The base is STABLE. But the holder, held to the hidden base by a single small set screw, loosens and droops over time. I wouldn't use a one-sided TPH again.

Stylish and relatively easy to mount. Installing the toilet paper roll is another story. You have to loosen the threaded end plate, which causes the whole rod to fall apart. It takes some talent to get everything back together the right way. This thing is not sized for the toilet paper roll. The rod is too skinny and the spacing is too wide. The toilet paper hangs there like a dead fish. It's all I can do to keep the toilet paper from unravelling itself when the heat vent blows towards it.

A year old, finish looks great, easy to take on and off the TP, Stays put and looks great. Make sure to mount it directly into the stud, otherwise the added leverage will be a problem.

I really like the look of this product line and am happy with my selection of it for my master bathroom. The main challenge with this toilet paper holder is that it's very difficult to install in a manner that makes it absolutely level. I failed to do so (it tilts slightly one way) and thus the toilet paper always slides to that end of the holder. In spite of this, I'm still happy with the purchase.
