received mine from the VA. So it gets that agency's OK. Seems well designed and nice size but rolled up in a package it was a chore to unroll and put suctions cups into place. One end remained curled up. Had to heel each individual cup. A safety side bar was installed but a good mat is a primary safety need. Probably an easier way but no instructions were included.
