What first attracted us was the color which is a mauve pink. Gorgeous color that was like the pink shade of other accessories and the decor in our master bathroom. Most pink items are too bright, too pale, too red, or too "shocking pink." Next we liked the style smooth, rounded, modern, not sure these are the correct words to describe the expert styling. Then, lastly, the soap dispenser pumps smoothly and easily the best we've ever owned or used anywhere. We loved the set and we have a very long, double-sink counter which is why we ordered another one.
I can't use the lotion pump anymore. It was hard to push as it was and now when you push it to get soap out it won't go back up. Now you can't pull it back up. I washed the pump thinking it might be the soap drying inside it that was causing this but it still didn't work right. So now I won't be able to use the rest of the accessories because I will have to buy another kind of lotion pump and get the matching set to go with it.
