It seems that adhesive towel clips for the kitchen offer VERY little selection and are not designed to be attractive or inconspicuous. Because it was rather pricey by comparison, I was reluctant to purchase the Zack clip, only surrendering in desperation because I need a towel available at the kitchen sink.I've been pleasantly surprised. The design is MUCH more efficient than the pervasive, cheap-plastic V-wedge style and actually holds the towel in place, even when being used. The brushed steel does not 'scream' its presence on my maple cabinetry and (after 2 months) I have had no issues with its adhesive ability ... though only time will tell.
Yes, it's 3 times the price but it doesn't look out of place and does the job 10 times better.
I did consider the Blomus clip (good design) but couldn't figure out if it was shiny steel or 'matte' finish.
