Rack is easy to assemble. Color doesn't match picture and looks pale and unfinished and not reddish. Top piece had the assembly numbers hand written in ink. I will have to sand the product to remove the writing. For the cost product should come finished.
Highly recommend.Item is not depicted as it is in picture, it is natural and not stained. We were looking for this type of towel rack and purchased it from MotoGroup. Upon receipt of the item, I noticed that one of the towel bars were significantly warped. I contacted the company and they requested I send them 3 pictures of the warped bar. The next day, I received an email stating that there was nothing wrong with the bar and if I did not like the item to ship it back. Over the next couple of days of sending more pictures they just asked me to send it back. All I wanted them to do was replace the bar that was warped, not send the thing back at my expense just to get another one. What we will probably do is have someone turn the bar and live with. We really like the item, their customer service really sucks.Very nice towel stand. Was easy to assemble in 5-10 minutes. Very attractive. Looks great on the deck next to the hot tub but also nice enough to use inside when we have guests.
