Pegasus SP4608 Deco 15-Inch Framed Medicine Cabinet, Espresso

We purchased this to go in our remodeled bathroom, which has satin nickel faucets, light fixture, towel bar, etc. The frame looks like gold painted plastic. We didn't even get it completely out of the packaging materials. One look at the frame and we repacked it and sent it back.

My husband was impressed with the quality of this product for the cost. We have looked at other products that were similar in price but where made sooo cheap it wasnt worth it. We are happy we purchased this product and would definatley buy another one.

This medicine cabinet requires (for inset installation) a 14 1/8 wide by 25 inch high hole to insert it into. My old one was only 24 inches high so I had to use my sawsall to enlarge the hole. But once installed it sure looks nice. The frame is about 3 1/4 inches wide surrounding the mirror, which measures about 8 1/2 inches wide. The finish is beautiful and the mirror, though slender, provides a great looking medicine cabinet. I'm really happy with it and the way it goes with my other oil rubbed bronze fixtures.

This is a great cabinet, well built, but it did not fit my space ... I would have liked the model that was wider but it was out of stock.

I was impressed by this cabinet. The quality of the aluminum body and the wooden face were very high (one small quibble: the four wood segments framing were butt-jointed together slightly irregularly) the mounting screws and plugs supplied were solid (I often find that I have to use stronger ones than supplied) and the instructions were relatively clear. It took me about 30 mins to assemble and mount. And my wife is delighted with the result!
