Installed three of these in next-door neighbor's bath. I've seen and installed heavier gauge bars but finish is nice and if attached to studs are plenty strong. I liked the trim rings that hide the screws; they stay put. Overall very functional and good looking.

Bought for 88 year old father in law. Clear directions, easy to install, nice and long at 42 inches and provides excellent support, allowing him to get up from toilet and over to walker without tearing down the towel bar.

I made the mistake of buying this at Lowes local store in my area and paid too much for it, but, it is the best made bar for the money that you can buy! No kidding.

The new peened handle area is fantastic and makes the bar just that much more useful and adds to safety in that it looks very nice, but, even a soapy hand does not slip on this amazing surface! No rubber coating to come off, and looks almost as good as the brushed finish most come with, but it is something that no one else does yet, and it's great!!! I should have bought this sooner and I should have gotten it through Amazon! It is GREAT in function and looks, and even better, it is made in the USA and is NOT one of the junky China knock-offs..... those are available too, but are MUCH less in quality and value. Why buy junk when you will only save about $5.... and get a LOT less. I carefully compared them: a lot of difference!

You may have nothing in the way of physical disability or ADA needs, but the shower and tub areas are the number one for injury in American homes for decades now. This can help prevent costly and dangerous falls and slips. You will be glad you did, I should have done this 10 years ago! Enjoy!

This bar was easy to install and was an inexpensive solution for our handicap bathroom. We were happy to find the bar in the white color.

We purchased the Moen grab bar in the Glacier (white) color because I didn't want my [newly redecorated] bathroom to look like the typical "handicapped" equipped room. I love the diameter of the bar very comfortable and easy to grab.

It actually looks like a modern towel bar ... probably due to the fact that I do hang my towel on it as well. I have the 48" bar so there is plenty of room to maintain a safe place to hold where needed.

My husband had no trouble installing it it was up and ready for use in no time at all. I would certainly recommend this bar.
