After reading extensive reviews on various shower heads I eventually decided on this one due to its brand name, low cost, and color option. I found the unit to be relatively well built and easy to install. I don't fully understand everyone else complaints about the material choice as pretty much everything I felt under $100 had similar build quality "plasticky" and a lightweight feel. I have no complaints about the hose as well. The Satin Nickel finish gives is a much better and less plasticky appearance than the chrome in my opinion. It definitely just gives a better build quality feel to look despite it just being a different color.

My only complaint about the unit is that the water pressure feels much lower than my previous shower head (which had all the same massaging features), and was a water saver model as well. Its still usable but I kind of wish the water pressure was higher especially on the different settings. I could not find one that match my previous shower head.

Still its a decent product for the price, but if you like a really high pressure like myself, I would consider looking for another model.

I have had waterpik brand for years. I miss the water massage aspect. This didn't have as vigorous of settings, but may have more water flowing. The entire item is plastic including hose wrapping. I thought it was metal from picture. This was kind of a turn off, but our waterpik was all plastic as well.

I would have given it 5 stars but the solid piece connected to the flex hose is longer than our old one preventing one from adjusting the water spray more straight down. We gained a much better variety of spay choices and a greater ease of changing them compared to our old one. As always, I needed to use plumbers tape on the threads of the pipe when installing to prevent drips.

Nice looking showerhead. THe hose is much darker than the showerhead. More of a gunmetal color. Quality metal flex hose though. Massager is a disappointment. I wouldn't even rate it as a massager compared to ones I have owned from the eighties that are truly a shower massager.
