Toilet Brush With Holder

I was fooled by the two 5-star reviews. This thing is extremely flimsy, almost like foil. After receiving it I read other reviews (not on the same page) that corroborate this. I immediately repacked it and returned it. You can't always trust reviews, especially when there are only two. (Friends of the company?)

Not sure how high the expectations can be for the $8 $12 range toilet brushes as well as how much you can praise one. The various chrome/stainless steel ones on Amazon looked the same to me. This one has a picture where you can actually see both the brush and the container. If this piece is supposed to be the highlight of the bathroom, I am kind of worried... :-) On the other hand, sturdy enough for the (simple) job it is meant to do, occasionally. I am not going into details here. :-) Nevertheless the way it is built makes me thing of a travel toothbrush. The handle as well as the brush screw on the middle piece. On a side note it is more 14" high as opposed to the 16" mentioned in the product description. As far as the holder it reminds me of a box of pringles potato chips. :-)

it is smaller than what i expected, the brush is small and handle is short. handle all made of plastic and foil cover on top. I plan to return it and spend a little more on something that can clean and will last.

The wand quickly comes unscrewed from the handle after a few uses. This makes it impossible to provide enough leverage for a good scrubbing without touching both the handle and the wand shaft at the same time... the same wand shaft you've been swirling around in toilet water.

This product looked similar to another one I bought somewhere else but the shaft is made out of plastic and broke while using it. I wouldn't recommend this product.
