I gotta say, I have used my share of toilet cleaning sticks with bristles on the end, but this one is superior.

It has a lot more bristles on the end, and can really clean those naughty stains away.

The storage solution is excellent too, it nicely hides everything so you can keep it in your bathroom without scaring away people when you have those naked Yahtzee parties.

This brush is small, unobtrusive, and easy to tuck away behind the toilet. That said, its handle it not too short to use for its intended task. I found that the base is nice and sturdy, and doesn't lift off the ground or close when I pick up the brush. The brush head is conical, which makes it easier to clean near the rim of the bowl. Overall, it is a good design and a good product.

When my old bowl brush died a soggy death I began searching here on Amazon for a new one and came across this one. I tried it immediately when I got it. There are a lot of positive things to say about this one. First, I love OXO. They make their line of products for people with arthritis and they really do work for the most part. This one does. Good grip, comfortable and well designed. I love how it stores, it's very inconspicuous sitting beside the toilet.

What I didn't like was when I went to move it when it was in the canister it popped out! Needless to say, it was wet at that time and it involved clean up of the floor at that point. Word of advice.... place the canister where you want this to be permanently, then use it. I don't know how they could correct this, even after thinking about it for a few days... maybe a latch or lever to release it. Just be aware this happens. That is why only 4 stars. Otherwise a wonderful product.

I have purchased this brush twice now but will not purchase again. I liked it at first but after awhile I ended up with ugly rusty water seeping out of the base, which stained my floor. The brush and base are plastic but the hinges and other internal parts at the bottom are metal. Any water that drips off the brush collects on the bottom, rust forms on the metal parts and starts seeping out the base. It makes a mess and the rust stains are very hard to get rid of. The water does NOT evaporate as advertised and I live in a very dry climate. There will be no third purchase and I would not recommend this to anyone.

These Oxo toilet brush canisters are great; you don't need to use both hands to get the brush in/out of the canister and the canister is built so that the residue water drains and then evaporates. No yucky toilet water to clean out of the canister. I do like the bigger Oxo brush/canisters a little better but to save money I bought three of these for our vacation home and they work great.
