nu steel Soap/Lotion Pump, Aqua Glass

I shopped far and wide for an attractive soap pump and bathroom accessory set for my master bath. I wanted aqua to blend with my decor. I found this, and even though it was a bit pricey (for me) I ordered it.

When it arrived, I was surprised that it looked nothing like the picture color-wise. It looked like some whitewash had been painted on the inside and I could not see anything even close to aqua.

Amazon was very good about letting me return this. I'm sorry it didn't work out as it looked very pretty and was sturdy and unique.

I do like the look of this thing. I knew it would be painted glass from the previous review and had no problem with that. The jar part of this soap dispenser is fine.

The pump is the flimsiest plastic you can imagine, sharp molding seams all over, not pleasing to the touch, and it doesn't work right. It'll dispense a pea-sized amount of product onto my fingers while a larger amount of soap comes oozing out from under the lever as I depress it to creep all over the top of the pump and down the sides. It's outrageously wasteful and constantly cleaning up after it really pisses me off.

I hate this soap dispenser so much that it's not even going to Goodwill, but to the curb come Friday.
