The rod supports were mounted at an outward angle. Therefore, the distance between the supports and the 2 rods are different and the bottom rod will repeatedly fall out after some use. The cheap wall anchors don't allow you to screw the mounting bracket tighly onto the wall and this only exacerbates the previously mentioned problem as the bases will move slightly on the wall. The template for mounting bracket placement is a folded up and flimsy piece of paper that is essentially useless.

very classy look when you need to have 2 towles on the rack..... It was a little expensive but i would buy it again

Nice rack! :) I bought it to put in our bedroom and hang my necklaces on! It is perfect with the double layer to stay organized on a very trendy bar, that matches our room. I wish you could slide the rods on and off but you can't. Otherwise, get this, it would be great for towels too ;)
