I trust & like the Moen brand (quality) but this product, although sufficient, seems a little cheap. Thin metal, very lightweight spool that is a little noisy when dispensing TP. Product description did not state that item did not include the recessed wall clamp (needed for installation) but we made do.

The spring rod is poor quality. I don't imagine it will last very long. Also, the chrome finish seems thin and easily scratched/removed.The recessed frame itself is also very thin. I expected much better quality from Moen. The packaging did not mention Moen at all.
Very cheap Chinese quality. I expected a heavier feel and better build based on the reviews here.

Light gauge metal, very bright chrome finish. Be aware, this product DOES NOT come with the backing plate necessary for installation. It must be ordered separately. This TP holder does not have a mounting bracket but I was able to nail in a horizontal board to screw directly into. Also no screws are supplied. It feels really light but works fine. For the money I feel it is a good value. Made in China.Save 37% Off
