nice color, easy for anyone to use no spring flying around the bathroom, and even the lazy can change a roll of toilet paper

This is a nice toilet paper holderbut there are no instructions on how to screw it into the wall. it comes with a screw-in wall plate and two screws. Howeverthe screw-in wall plate is too small to hold the actual fixture. it looks as if there should be another screw to secure the fixture to the platebut it did not come with a third screw. So for now it's sitting in the box til i go to home depot. very disappointing.
