I puchased this along with the 18 inch model, and love the finish and substance (heavy). I was concerned abut the shape, not allowing the towels to slide over it easily, but that was not a problem.

Their prices were the best I've been able to find and as I had hoped...

the product was factory sealed brand new and not damaged. It arrived quick and well packaged. I could not ask for more from a merchant.

Looks high quality and substantial. Probably a bit bigger than in the pictures. Looks great with the other accessorites (TP holder and double hook.)
