These are nice shower hooks because anyone can use them even if you don't have a lot of strength in your hands like myself. Those old ones you have to sqeeze together to get them to come apart are a thing of the past for me now. I can use these ones myself with no help.

I had already ordered these when I noticed a passed review and was then very worried.. but I received these and starting using them and they're great! Perhaps the person who reviewed them poorly had a bath rod that is larger in diameter, but my husband and I love these and we haven't had any complaints.
