Very high quality and I like the beveled features. Be sure to order the futura bracket when installing into drywall without a wood cross brace. The only possible problem some may have is that the chrome is not as bright as most chrome. Almost a brushed chrome but the box says polished chrome.

If you're retrofitting this you'll need to purchase the associated mounting clip separately. As I had access to the open wall I was able to install a 2 x 4 to accept the 2 mounting screws. If both sides of the wall are finished, better order the clip. They don't make this too clear.

Finish and quality are excellent, nothing like the lightweight junk at Home depot, and no more costly.

This is a very nice solid toilet paper holder that works with the Charmin big rolls. Others I have seen in the stores look like plastic chrome. We are very happy with it!!!

Yes, these are probably the only recessed TP holders on the market to fit Charmin Mega Rolls. They do this by extending the spring-loaded center roll holder a little more than an inch from the back wall versus other holders. That means the arms (and the roll) come out that much farther. Most people will not notice, but if your toilet is in a tight space, it is something to be aware of. However, since we go through a lot of TP, the ability to fit large rolls was definitely a feature I was looking for. When the rolls are new, they are a bit difficult to turn, tearing every few sheets if you do not go slowly and deliberately; still, it's as best as you can do with the recessed holders on the market today. Once the outer 5 layers or so are used on a Mega Roll, there are no issues turning the roll without friction.

My only other complaint lies with Charmin: the Ultra Soft product puts off lint that builds up on the bottom of the holder's metal finish, and it must be cleaned periodically. I don't think Charmin Ultra Strong suffers from this kind of excessive linting.
