I really liked the look of this bear, because it was not cartoonish. I noted the one review where the person received the item in broken condition--twice! before they gave up. Well, I think they shipped the exact item to me, because the bear arrived with both arms broken off. I returned it. There was no option to ask for another one, which was fine. I would not have risked it anyway.

I ordered this item 3 times, two out of those three times it broke during shipment. I will say it is really neat but I think if your going to use it for everyday use and have kids I would not buy. I bought this for my father inlaws mountain home where it wont be used constantly and I am still worried it wont take much to break it and for the price I paid I would hate to see it break. If your looking for something for just show this item is perfect!!!!

I bought this item once, opened up the box, and noticed the right arm was broken off. So I returned it for a refund and bought another. The EXACT same thing happened again. I don't know if these were UPS's shipping which caused the problem or whether it's just a poor build and the arms break off easily but I know that I'm not happy. On the bright side, it is cool looking and if it were to not break before it even arrives I would give it a better review.

Had to use 2 hands to get the paper off. One to hold the holder and one to tear off paper. The wall mounting is terrible and it is not secure. Needless to say, it lasted about a week, fell off the wall and smashed into smithereens. Don't waste your money on this one.

I just signed in and set up my return (could not exchange). I went back to order a new one and noticed a customer picture of one that came broken, so I decided to check reviews. Wow! I am not going to order another one now. I dont have time or patience to keep trying.

I realize that things get broken in shipping, but this item seems to break ever time. And the reviews say not practical, I am putting this in the kids bathroom, so I don't think it will hold up.

So disapointed...
