When I told the salesperson I would take it he informed me that the store didn't actually have the handshower in stock and would have to order it, which would take several weeks. I didn't have several weeks to wait, so I left without ordering it and decided to try looking on Amazon.
Amazon didn't have the exact model I'd seen in the showroom, but this one looked similar, so I decided to give it a try. However, unlike the other Rohl model I'd seen, the water didn't really flow from this one as much as it trickled. Also, while the handle itself was insulated, the end of the fixture where it connected to the hose apparently wasn't, as this spot became very hot and unpleasant to inadvertently touch during use.
I returned this model to Amazon and bought the Jado 861-005-100 instead. The two are very similar in appearance, and unlike the single-setting Rohl, the Jado has 5 different settings. The flow on all 5 settings is very pleasant and full, and one of them equates the flow of the original Rohl that I saw. The Jado is mostly brass with some plastic, and is made in China as opposed to Italy for the Rohl, but in my opinion it is a far superior product.
