These may look nice but in person appear very cheap. I'm almost afraid it's going to break drying your hands. Wouldn't recommend.
I tried installing this just now, and I nearly gave up. My problem was the instructions didn't mention that the metal mounting bracket should be facing such that the "Up" engraving is visible. I played around with it for a while, and as I was uninstalling everything, it occurred to me to flip the metal bracket the other direction, and it worked. Unfortunately it is now wobbly because I loosened things up too much as I tried to install it. Moen: please test your instructions with normal users first. It is really cheap to include extra diagrams showing what things ought to look like. (This goes for basically all product companies...)
