I am using them now, and they will do.

My complaint, if there was one would be the fit of them on the rod. Unlike typical rings/hooks, they tend to jam up when you pull the curtain across. And they make a very unpleasant noise when sliding across my brushed metal rod compared to other hooks.

Other than that, I"ll keep them.

Great, quality curtain rings but they are heavy and have a tendency to fall off the rod and when they hit the floor I'm always afraid they'll crack my tile. Also, because of this, I'm afraid they may hit a child in the head and hurt them. I'm switching mine out.

I had rings that were difficult to get apart and, since I am not tall, exhausted me with the reaching effort required to grapple with each and every one of them. These rings make it easy to remover the curtain for laundering. It is a white background curtain and with all the pets we have there is always a dirty band right along the edge where they would rub the curtain against the tub. So much easier now.

I just purchased these quickly because they were reasonably priced and I was not being too fussy as I wanted them for outdoor fabric patio curtains. When these hooks came in, I could not believe the quality and great look for the price! I'm sorry I did not order more (I just may do so). Very smooth and they do not catch on the curtain. I highly recommend these shower hooks well worth the excellent price. I ordered the oil rubbed bronze look and they are gorgeous.
