This does the job, but is very light weight even when full of magazines. That means if you pull a little too hard it tips over on you. Not a deal killer for such a low price, but you need to warn company.

This was cheaper and better designed the ones available at Bed Bath & Beyond and Target. Glad I got it. All one piece, so this one shouldn't come apart like my last one did!

The feet were off balance so it wobbled when on a flat surface. It was easy to fix, but still annoying. It looks great and is pretty much exactly what you see in the picture.
