Opened box to install this wonderful HansGrohe product over a month after purchase. 3/4 of the way through the install, I realized there were two small parts missing. Contacted seller through Amazon.com on a Sunday afternoon and received a response by Sunday evening. The following morning, they assured me that HansGrohe would be mailing me the parts at no cost and that I would be receiving them withing 4 to 5 business days. GREAT SERVICE! I highly recommend this Amazon seller!Oh, and as always, HansGrohe makes gorgeous, high quality kitchen and bath fixtures!
