There are rubber grips at the top that do a fantastic job of holding onto the showerhead. I have textured ceramic tiles rather than smooth ones and the suction cups on the back won't grip them at all (they hold tightly to the glass doors, but that's not very useful for us), but the rubberized over the shower part still holds solid. Even when I bump into it, unbalance it with too many bottles on one side, it had never fallen down or even moved really.
I'm very happy with this shower caddy and highly recommend it.

Some of the reviews on this product gave me pause initially but the most helpful reviews described the caddy quite eloquently. . . and, as it turns out, quite accurately. This is a very good looking shower caddy that is long, multi-tiered, with much storage possible. Good looking because the colour is not the usual standard chrome or plastic covered, but rather is a modern dark stain that lends some "posh" to the shower. ;) The caddy itself provides two wide "shelves" that include a railing sufficiently high enough to keep bottles from falling out; two hooks at the bottom for hanging the scrungies and/or a shower brush; and a soap shelf too! at the bottom.
Apparently some folk felt the rubber stoppers did not work adequately to hold the caddy against the tiled wall. We have the old-fashioned tiled shower walls too; make certain to attach the rubber seals to the flat surface of a tile (not where two tiles meet). But really, this sturdy caddy does not actually need the stabilizing benefit of the stoppers, so I am considering removing them altogether. The primary usefulness of the two stoppers placed near the bottom is more likely to prevent scratching of the tiles. The size, shape, and quality of the caddy causes it to hold steady against our wall whether the stoppers are used or not.
By the way, there is a clear soft rubber tube at the top where the caddy rests on the neck of the shower faucet. This is a pleasant feature in the long run, no doubt, to prevent wearing off of paint or scratching of the shower neck.
I hope this additional description helps to clarify the whole picture of what this caddy looks like, and how it "behaves" so that you can make an informed choice.

I should have paid more attention to the size of this, because it wasn't as big as I wanted. The top shelf doesn't accommodate regularly-sized bottles, so we really only have the bottom shelf to hold anything. It's definitely pretty and arrived very quickly, so thank you!Want Zenith Products Over the Shower Caddy, Heritage Bronze Discount?
What I like:-Aesthetics, nice brown/black color
-Doesn't rust
-Rubber cups actually stick onto the bathroom tile wall
What I don't like:
-The only really useful shelf is the middle one (currently fits two 32 ounce bottles, one 15 ounce bottle, and one 13 ounce bottle). Top shelf is too high to reach (and I'm 5'11"). Bottom shelf only has enough room for a bar of soap
What you should do if you buy this product:
-Moisten the suction cups with water, otherwise it will not stick to the tile wall
