Pro:

*Compact design is easy to find a place for near sink

*Bristles seems sturdy

*Comfortable handle

*Spout on base allows for relatively easy dumping of collected water

Con:

*This thing wastes SO MUCH soap. The button dispenses a large dollop of soap, and the bristles don't hold the soapy-ness well enough to wash that many dishes with it. As a result, I find I am continually hitting the button, burning through soap far faster than when I use a sponge.

*Dirt and grime collects around the top of the bristles, and it can be hard/messy to clean out.

*Underwhelming ability to remove stuck-on food/residue. The bristles help, but I find a sponge with brillo to be much faster and more effective.

*Shape of brush limits ability to clean dishes of particular shapes (for example, the corners in a rectangular or square baking dish)

I can virtually never finish a meal's worth of dishes with this brush alone. Invariably, I end up needing to break out the sponge to finish the job (on a tough spot or for an oddly-shaped dish). Since a huge selling point for this thing (at least to me) is that you don't have to handle the sponge or soap, this is very problematic. If I'm going to have to use the sponge anyway, the brush becomes obsolete. As a result, it mostly just sits idle next to my sink.

im an avid "wash my pots and pans right after cooking" kind of guy. this scurb handles all things baked and fried. no food buildup in the scrubs itself. a must have for anyone's kitchen sink, counter, or shelf.

The scrub brush works very well & the soap dispenser part does a nice job. I like the fact that I can replace the bristles on this although I don't think I need to very often except for the possibility of germ build up (yuck). I also really like the fact that this has a little holder & with a small spout the water drains nicely. It keeps my sink tidy & my dishes clean. Can't ask for much more.

It makes it so much easier to do dishes. I love the idea and the company. I will never say i will enjoy it but it helps get things clean faster.

Number one priority to me is not leaking. The OXO meets that. Second is easy of use. The OXO pretty much meets that. When replacing the soap it's quite easy to pull off the brush instead of unscrewing the rubber cap. Learning curve, but it can be done. Also I'm not a fan of it just firing the soap right out of the bottom onto what's being washed. It seemed that I used much less soap when using a previous brush that deposited the soap on the brush instead. Close, but no 5 star cigar.
