I bought this item on march 11, 2012 hoping for a soap dispenser made of real steel, as they advertise it, but once I opened I discovered it is made out of CHEAP PLASTIC, what is worse is that by march 29 (JUST 18 days later) YES 18!!! it was already broken!!!, not only there's false advertising for this product but I'm surprised amazon allows this kind of scamming business on it's website. I won't do any business with this seller ever again.

I ordered this product because the display for the entire line shows a two-toned metal with a more copper/antique bronze on top (in the pump part) and oil-rubbed bronze on bottom. This would match perfectly with my powder room. Product came in all oil-rubbed bronze so I returned and orderd another. The second one came exactly as the first, all oil-rubbed bronze. I called and discussed this with the customer service rep and she agreed the image is inaccurate. I returned the second one as well. Just be aware.

We already had this same product in blue for the living room, and we wanted to stainless steel version for our bathroom. I just wish it had the tabs at the bottom to keep the tissue box in place when you pick up the cover. When you lift the cover, the tissue box is left behind. If you don't need to move your tissues from a stationary position other than to refill, then this item is great.

This dispenser is excellent, matches my new bronze faucet. I use it for hand soap on my kitchen counter. Packaging was fine, and looked exactly as described.

I ordered this hoping it would "match" my kitchen TUSCANNY and it is PERFECT! It is very light and holds quite a bit of liquid soap (which I am using it for) and it looks so pretty sitting near my sink...It was what I was hoping it would be! I highly recommend purchasing if you need a lotion or soap dispenser that is of the TUSCANNY style the price was fair and I received it in less than 3 days from ordering! You won't be disappointed! This would add a "touch of class" in the kitchen or bath! I am very pleased with my order!
