Blomus Soap Dispenser

I'm not sure if we got a dud or something, but the one we received is really terrible. Though the material is solid, and it is pretty, the mechanism for pumping does not work very well at all. The top piece wobbles on the base and is slow to rise after you pump it. It also doesn't dispense enough soap in one pump. If this were some cheap dispenser, it would be fine, but for almost $60 you would hope that it would perform it's main function better.

It would be returned if the packaging wasn't preemptively thrown out.

This is a sleek and pretty dispenser, with enough weight that it won't knock over. The only negative is that the pump doesn't rise back to the top very quickly, after pressing it to dispense soap; so I have to manually raise it back up to get more soap on the sponge. Not a huge problem, but not always easy to do when I'm holding a large pot or pan to wash in the sink.
