I just wanted an inexpensive towel bar to put in the garage to hang towels to wipe off the dog when she comes in wet. This one fits the bill, but I've been holding onto it for months because I couldn't figure out how the darn brackets work! I'm pretty handy and have hung a lot of towel bars over the years, but this one had both me and friends stymied. Finally, this week some guys came in to remodel the kitchen, so I asked them to explain the premise of the bracket. I certainly understood the concept but still don't like it!
