I was replacing a 3 shelf chrome caddy with this 2 shelf stainless steel caddy. Really wanted stainless steel and thought I could get by, but didn't realize till I got it that the second & first shelves are pretty close together. Not even a can of shave cream will fit on it standing up. So, after filling top shelf with a large bottle of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, the shaving cream can is laying on it's side with a bar of soap on the 2nd shelf. Would I buy again? No, I'd keep looking for one that either had three shelves or more space between. Maybe the chrome one with three was ok, just replace it more often.

This is a great over door caddy. Holds all your shower gel/shampoo supplies neatly and looks very stylish at the same time. If you can, place it where water doesn't hit it directly as they are a little akward to clean. Mine doesn't get wet and has stood up quite well, the few rust looking spots that do develop from condensation in the shower scrub off easily once you clean with a scourer and some bathroom cleaner. I've had mine for more than a year and its still going strong. Even ordered another one for the second bathroom cause I liked this one so much. When I replaced my shower head with a 2-1 shower head, there was no longer any room for my old caddy. So, this new caddy is perfect because I can place it over my shower stall top.
