InterDesign Forma 2-Soap and Brush Caddy, Brushed Stainless Steel

I like the design, but within 2 weeks of receiving it the "stainless steel" started rusting between the plastic caddy portion and the top of base (where the caddy rests). There's no way that I could find to take it apart to deal with the rust without breaking it.

Love the design. Great place to put my tall bottle brush and hang scrub brush, but water gets trapped and rusts and mildews underneath the acrylic, between acrylic and stainless steel. It is obviously going to get wet, so don't know if mine just wasn't sealed well, but that is what happened.

First off, people need to know that it does NOT come with the brush in the photo. I saw someone else upset because they thought they were getting the brush with it.

The base and top stays clean and rust-free. It keeps everything together in one spot and looks sharp. The only thing I would have to complain about is that the middle section builds up with water if you don't completely squeeze out your sponge(s). There aren't any drain holes so the clear plastic shows the soapy water that builds up in there.

All in all, very happy and pleased with my purchase. I bought the Forma 2 Soap Pump to hold hand soap and that has started rusting. Same materials, not sure what's going on. ):

i had to throw it after 2 months,.. item started rusting and leaking from the base. very disappointing... the return window expired before i could return it

Great looks but the design is really poor. Water gets stuck under the bottle, which rusts the bottom. Mine is already leaking. I can't imagine why they could not make a bottle that is attached to the caddy, and allow drainage in the caddy part of this soap dispenser. I'm very disappointed.
