Be warned that this does not include the universal valve you need to install it to your home's pipes. I called Amazon to confirm, and the rep said it did include it. I called Delta Faucets to be sure, and the rep there said it does not, and to buy the R10000-UNBX valve. We are having a hard time finding the valve, which makes it hard to install the shower head set. I'm giving it one star because I can't even install it because it didn't come with the valve.

UPDATE: The valve is easy to purchase from a plumbing supply store. The R10000-UN is the generic valve availble to plumbers. The store near us in Philadelphia was really helpful and confirmed it would fit. I increased my rating to 3 stars because the set does work well in our bathroom. I should note that when you look at it up close, you can see every water drop from the previous shower or bath. The plastic of the handle and bath spout holds on to the water and gets dried water marks on it. You have to wipe the water off after every shower or bath if you don't want the dots. It's a cosmetic annoyance. The In2Ition shower is great!

Nice unit. Got the shower only version first for the first bath we remodeled. Decided I like it enough to get the combo for the tub/shower bath we did next. Some plastic (tub spout and wall plate) but still well made. Interesting connection between the spout and the stubbed out copper eliminates the possibility of leakage from behind the spout due to corrosion. The mixer cartridge appears well made. It is possible to put the cartridge in upside down still works, but the hot/cold mixer becomes reversed. Potentially useful if you have a clueless plumber that hooks up the roughout housing backwards ;) The shower head is in two parts; the handheld and the fixed part can each be used independently or combined good coverage and feel.

I've bough this shower approximately a month ago from Faucet.com (very poor customer service!). The shower head design is wonderful. The venetian bronze color gives a nice overall appearance. Unfortunately, everything is made out of plastic with the exception of the handle. In addition, the shower hand locking design is flimsy and the shower hand falls out of it often if not pressed strongly and rotated in the same time. The cartridge that came in the box and was to be installed in my old, existent Delta valve (this model does not have a valve, just the trims) it did not fit, although they both are Delta. In order to have the right cartridge that fits my old model of Delta valve in my house, I had to purchase another kit with the cartridge, trim and handle for $89. It does look good, though and worked ok until now

I love the dual shower head, being able to remove the middle shower head to make sure I have gotten all the soap out of my hair (as I have very long hair) is great, and as the one who has to clean the shower this also works great because you can turn off the big shower head, and use the removable one to wash down the shower after scrubbing it down and you don't get wet! I was dissapointed that it is mostly plastic, I wanted real metal, so tired of getting plastic when you know it will wear out sooner. But all and all a good purchase for what I needed.

We have a Delta intuition shower-head in our master bathroom, and it took a little while to get the feel of snapping the handheld properly into the main base. I erroneously thought this was the gripe of previous reviewers describing the unstable handheld. However, Delta has changed the design, and the handheld no longer snaps into place at all. It is held in place by two small projections, and there is an inch of space surrounding the handheld when it is properly in place. A slight nudge of the flexible tubing while showering would easily knock it down. We purchased this set for my toddler's bathroom, and ended up buying another shower-head because we were certain he would knock himself on the head with this one.

Tip: After the faucet was installed, the water would only get to lukewarm, never very warm or hot. I called Delta customer service, and they were able to walk me through the easy steps to adjust the temperature control regulator.
