The claim that this product will fit anything from 59" to 97" is erroneous. The dimension in which I attempted to install it is 81", from tub to ceiling, well within the manufacturers claimed specs. As it turns out, there are several dimensions within that range that it will not fit. I cannot see any way (short of taking a hacksaw to one of the pieces) to make this product fit within my 81" shower.

Aside from this glaring error, the product appears to be well made, with a nice satin nickel finish, and plenty of basket storage. Obviously I cannot comment on anything beyond this.

If you buy this be aware that it may not fit your shower, even though it claims it will.

I installed this in a shower from the built-in seat to the ceiling. I was able to make it fit by not using one of the poles, as specified in the directions. I like that the shelves are adjustable. It looks nice and the shelves are well made. Only problems I have is that it took quite a bit of time to put it together and fit into place so it was not wobbly. I needed to angle the pole so it did not wobble when items were put on the shelves. I did not have this problem with the one I bought from BB&B, however the one I bought from BB&B rusted quickly. I've had it installed for a few weeks with no problems. For the price it is OK and I am keeping it.

This product was diapointing, it did match my bathroom fixture but it had quality and invantory issuses. After I unpacked it I noticed it was missing a part according to the packing list provided. That was the first problem. While putting it together, one of the baskets broke apart at the welded joints. The joint is welded in to spots, It should be one continuous weld, which should fix the problem. Until this problem is addressed, I do not recommend buying this.

The only thing I like about this shower caddy is that it was very easy to install. But that's where it ends.

I've had it for about 3 months and it has a considerable amount of rust already. I've scraped some of it away but as rust has a habit of doing, it returns.

The baskets are very, very shallow. If you put a couple of 12 or 18 oz. bottles of shampoo or body wash on a shelf and you don't place them just right, they fall over and off the shelf. In addition to being shallow, they're quite flimsy.

I'll be trashing this model in the next month or so and I plan to buy one that is quite a bit more expensive, looks good for a long time and does what it's supposed to do.
