I think that I gave it all away in the title! We purchased this for a tub to shower conversion. My husband isn't a huge fan of chrome, so we opted for the brush nickel model. I was hesitant to drop so much on the item, sight unseen. I am glad that I did. It is all metal--a rarity in today's plastic coated everything world! It feels solid and substantial in your hands, this includes the handle portion. Before I purchased the item I was really worried about the feel and substance of the handle. It doesn't feel too thin, or vulnerable to breakage. The valve has a nice modern line to it, no fuss, no Victorian pretense here. Once we have it installed and the bathroom finished, I will post photos and an update.

Our home was built in 2007 and stripped of all its fixtures (foreclosure). This was the easiest and cheapest replacement and I'm sure it looks better than the originals! (cooler style) We almost bought the cheap knock-off replacements at a local store because we didn't want to wait for delivery but this was well worth the wait to get a genuine Moen product and the quality is amazing. Installation was about 10 minutes or less for each bathroom.

I ordered this handle to go with a new shower massage system and I love it. My husband had it installed in less than thirty minutes. The only problem was the little plug you put on to cover the screw on the handle. After a few minutes of fighting with it, it finally went in with a firm push. I do dry my shower everyday after each shower to make sure water stains stay away but other than that its pretty. It is very lightweight.

Design is great, modern, sleek, and stylish. Contractor had a little trouble installing but thankfully it worked out. Be careful it will fit precisely to your current shower body. Sometimes the knob is a little loose because it does not fit exactly but still works great.
