Eventually it loses suction. You'll be off in another room watching tv or talking on the phone and then you hear a loud crash, wondering what in the sam hill...

I could put up with the occasional suction-loss incidents, but this last time, one of the acrylic pins (that hold the upper side suction levers together) fell down my shower drain. I will write the manufacturer in the hopes of receiving a replacement. Wish me luck :P

UPDATE: Got an email back from the manufacturer and they will be sending me a replacement pin. I'm upgrading this product from 3 stars to 4, for customer service :)

Reapplied multiple times in my shower and every time this basket just fell to the floor! Did not matter if I had a small or large bottle of shampoo/conditioner. Useless.

Have ordered this before love it for my shower but every 2-3 years they loose their suction and fall and crack. Works great on tile.
